Sign up $200 Credit card bonus
Cox Communications offered a $200 prepaid credit card to sign up. They said it would be sent after 90 days.
Service started in our new home on 9/28/15. It's now 4/4/16 and they claim to not be able to track the issuance - or even eligibility - of the $200 credit card.
Customer service claims it's handled by an outside agency. The outside agency claims it's handled by Cox customer service. We were promised a resolution by 2/28/16. Customer service has no record of the rebate, nor the request, nor any solutions offered.
This is a complete scam to lock us into a 2 year contract for higher speed internet; premium channels and a home phone, which we did not ask for.
