It is always best to hire someone skilled to do so, unfortunately in most cases these companies dedicated to cancel timeshares usually cheat for the second time to their customers since they are vulnerable and desperate. If you are thinking of hiring them you just have to make sure you do not have to make any payment upfront ... Deceptive Practices

. I called up May 2014 to book bonus weeks. I checked my account and all maintenance fees were current as in screen shot. As I explained to Alejandra, I never have been billed for anything since November 8th ,2012. I am happy to pay but requested I be sent an invoice. If you call me and I say by the way you owe me 700 dollars today, I doubt you would take my work for it. You would probably want a statement. As I told her that day she was trying to add fees that I have no Idea of on to the bonus week fees. So I cancelled my reservation and told her if I owe anything I want to see an invoice first before I pay anything. . Again went to website to check a balance. Again,, website said maintenance fees were current. I awaited to receive an invoice if owed. Waited for a final notice, late fee etc. Nothing! To this day I have not received any kid of proper invoicing for any fee. We have reviewed all invoices, all emails and have never been invoiced legitimately for any outstanding fee. Every time we have received a proper invoice we have paid. I even called our referrals who we brought to Their organization. I asked them do you received annual statements for you maintenance fees they responded, yes. I explained to Alejandra please send me my invoices, I am not receiving them. Nothing. I go to website it says current. I have tried to explain this to your personnel time and time again in conversations. Send me my invoice showing I owe? It could have been mailed, emailed etc. Joe and I have received no proper notice/invoice or any kind.

Contractually we should be invoiced and properly notified. Independently of the we both have to agree to solve the controversies that could arise in the interpretation and fulfillment of the present contract but without Cabo villas agreeing solve or properly invoice/and or notify me of any amount outstanding as it does it other members. Why this discrimination in membership is occurring. Regardless of glitches in your system I should still receive proper notices of any charges that I may or may not owe..

I don’t mind paying for my obligations if they are invoiced as such. All I ask and am still asking for is my statement which I have yet to receive. Cabo has defaulted in properly invoicing myself and has discriminated against us by not notifying us as it does it other members who receive statement via regular mail. They receive notices if something is owed/and or outstanding why not us is the questions I have been trying get your personnel to help with but they just avoid it and never follow through with the request. I have told them I try to pay online but it won’t let me says maintenance fees are current.

I went online and found out the are targeting contracts paid in full and not notifying them of balances and then take the equity they have paid and flip it for resale. By the time you find out about it it has already been resold. They will not return phone call just refer you to this Adam Clapp who's standard response is the damages clause gives them this right to wipe you out without them ever having any responsibility to invoice you of what they are doing.

I have owned timeshares for years and have never encountered such a situation like this in all my years. I have always received statements, annual minutes, newsletters etc. I even deal with long distance Hawaii timeshare and they can send me a statement. Why is this so hard for Cabo Villas?

I am really sadden by this administrative error, once was a great place to visit and had held great memories for us and friends has become a deplorable act.

I would really appreciate discussing this but apparently my calls are averted by receptionist and then they block your emails so you are unable to contact anyone. Its like a black hole.

I am tired of trying to explain to their staff over and over that I never received statements of what I owed and that was all, to be treated like other members who do received their statements.
