Very disappointed in your denial of the rebate for the 2017 promotion. 11301-28409925-N was on the post card sent back to me. I bought your product specifically because of the rebate and now I find it was rejected because it was purchased from a non-qualifying retailer. I will certainly share my experience with all my contacts of what a rip off your Company is. Your product was purchased / used, what difference does it make where it was purchased. My local paint supplier Hallman Lindsay (Richfield Wi) was closed, so I purchased your product at Home Depot. Bottom Line, it was still your product.

I have used Cabot Solid Deck stain for several years. The last few months I painted over the existing two coats and now
I have over 50+ small to 3 or 4 inch bubbles in the paint. I scrapped and repainted several times and it keeps happening.

Finally, I actually repainted the entire deck with a professional grade stain base cover and then re-painted the deck thinking I finally
would be done.

Several days later when the afternoon sun hit it the bubbles returned. This is either defective paint or they are have changed
the formula since the last 3 or 4 years. I noticed Lowe's does not carry this paint anymore.

This shit is almost $40 a gallon and should not do it.

Any suggestions or I will never use a Cabot Paint product again.

stained house 8 years ago & 40 % of color faded after first year. Cabots answer was "should not have stained your house that color in the northeast (solid oil base). I payed again to have house stained 3 years later & followed sales reps directions to the letter. It is now 5 years later and the stain is peeling back to original stain (sherwin williams solid oil). Cabots is now offering to do nothing at all. Are there any good stains out there? I do not mind paying if i get what i pay for. A quality product with a company that stands behind it.
