I had only been working for café services for 4 months. I walked into a situation that went from bad to worst. I have complained about harassment and verbal abuse. Not to much was resolved I had contacted human resources Near the end of my employment I was told to go into the freezer to retrieve some cake for lunch. I had made two attempts and was unable to with stand the cold. After my second attempt I had asked the catering manager if she would go in the freezer for me, before she could respond the general manager informed me that it was part of my job description. I am making the story short and very brief but I wanted you to know the basis. I had informed my boss that I have asthma. He didn't care. He continued to order me back in the freezer. I told him I was not going in the freezer due to my asthma. He informed me that if I could not fulfill my duties, my services were no longer needed. I was told to leave
