Item Stuck at PosLaju Parcel Hub

My item stuck at PosLaju Parcel Hub since 15th May 2018. At least, please mention the location so i can self collect or whatsover. Its been a week same tracking result. Don't you guys update the International Tracking Status ? Service so bad nowadays. Please solve this matter ASAP.
