I've received permanent partial disability in which they off set claiming I was receiving disability from Workmans Comp.... I had to jump through hoops just to get financing while under going multiple surgeries..... Now they are claiming that I was receiving disability from elsewhere at the same time saying that I owe 5600. Hundred dollars do to over payment saying that they show that I was getting disability elsewhere for 7 months along with what they where paying me....... BS. I have bank statements showing the only support I was receiving in fact was for Sedgwick....... What the hell one shisty corporation...... Sedgwick is no good and they also make you jump through hoops to receive any kind of help. I will try to resolve this issue on my own!!!!! I will most likely be denied even with bank statements. Wish me luck!!!! Lawyers office most likely.
