My monthly billing was set up as an automatic reoccurring charge to my credit card. Billing is handled by a 3rd party agency out of Pennsylvania called Naceft.com. Through no fault of mine, the billing service failed to process my payment for June & July, and my account went past due. They charged me a late charge. To fix this, Calta's said I would have to deal with the billing service, and the billing service said I would have to deal with Calta's. I told the desk attendant that this is a bad way to do business, and that they will lose customers. He replied "He (the owner) won't care. He gets plenty of people in here". Please boycott Calta's.
