My dad submitted his provident fund forms in 2013, he took early retirement due to health condition he waited for his money unfortunately he passed on in 2015 without receiving not even a single cent, then my mother took over and continued with the claim , she received R127k instant of R500k then they said that was the only money and the is no other money left to my surprise is that my dad started working the since 1984 so how come he got so little money where as it stated on Google that death claim is 3x yearly contribution plus full payout of provident fund, please do me a favour by checking the funds Very well as it does not sit well with me at all.
