Pro Extreme and Coin dissapear

hello admin
i just buy my pro ex today and i just enjoy it for a while but when i suddenly dc and relog i see my pro ex not there.i have 9days remaining and decide to continue and my bank credit deducted.same to my coin..i buy 200 coin and i just use some of them but when i dc and relog my coins also gone..please do something
