Bought a new 2021 Forest Hill travel trailer in South Carolina with a pull down porch. Never slept in it until it was day 2 on my Virginia property. The first afternoon the A/C froze up and the coolest it got was 92°. I called the company and was told to pull it up past Richmond 90 miles north of me and leave it for about a week. I said it wasn't possible as we were working on our house and we're living in it. I basically was told a too bad find someone closer. If there was someone closer don't you think I would have gone there? Then there's a list of eleven other things
#2. Water holding tank straps broke.
#3 Water holding tank came out of frame.
#4. Underbelly came off.
#5. A/C vents don't work.
#6. Bunk bed frame hits the ceiling.
#7. Self tapping screws on Jacks for trailer.
#8. No owners manual.
#9 Screen bottom loose.
#10 Drawers have no locks to hold them in.
#11 Need to know how to store table.
#12 No way of knowing how to winterize camper.
Would like to hear back from you.
