My wife and I purchased a new travel trailer from Camping world fall of 2017. Cost of the unit was $28,000, with the customary 1yr warranty. This was the fourth trailer we have purchased from this franchise in six years. There were problems with each, however repairs were made and we were mostly satisfied. While waiting for repairs to be made, we have forgone the use of our campers for major segments of the camping seasons, not to mention the cost of storage with no camper to store! At any rate, our last purchase proved to be no different than the others with the added exception of very poor customer service. Just a partial list is phone calls not returned, parts not being ordered, promises not kept, exaggerations and slick service reps, and an overall feeling of helplessness. Why do we let these companies continue to rape us?

I for one will never, ever give my business to Camping World again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! My experience has been so bad and costly, I am going to give up camping which is something we enjoy very much.
