After purchasing a camping trailer from Camping World of Wauconda, IL on 2/, it came to my attention that we were charged for warranty plans and GAP insurance that we specifically declined or had no knowledge about. It has taken months of phone calls and emails trying to get them to credit our loan for these warranties. It cost us extra money in taxes, as well as interest on a loan that we have not been able to pay off because we have not been credited for all of the erroneous charges. As of this time, we are still owed $1995 for work we were billed for but was never done, the difference between the 7 and 5 year extended warranty (they have not given us an amount for the difference, even though it has been requested on numerous occasions). We simply want to get what is due to us in order to pay off our loan.
