Canadapets-no product no refund

About two months ago, I ordered a product from them, not cheap either. They charged my credit card immediately. A month later, nothing has arrived, so I started emailing. Eventually, after several days, they tell me they no longer carry that product. So why did they charge me for it? or at least contact me? So I wanted refund. I have not heard from them since. I contacted my credit card company, and they are working on a refund, but I haven't seen it so far, nor has Canadapets contacted my since to assure me I get my money back. Do not order from these shysters.

Non receipt of product or refund

I ordered a large dog door for $325.00 October 30, 2013.
These people only responded to me after I put a complaint in with the BBB.
After months of giving me the run around they said they would give me a full refund.
It is now January 7, 2014 and they are still avoiding me.
This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Do not buy anything from this company.

would not return my money !!

I ordered a sport dog fence on sept23 2012. After a month of not receiving my fence, I sent a email for a tracking # to locate my parcel . OOHHH ...... they hadn't shipped it yet !! In fact they didn't have any in stock either. So I was a little upset about the lack of communication.I cancelled the order on October 24 out of spite. After numerous unanswered phone calls and about 10 emails later , i started to get worried I would`nt see my $361 again. On November 20 I contacted Visa and told them my situation. Luckily I kept a record of all emails exchanged for Visa to build a case against this pathetic company. December 4th I finally received my money owed to me , 6 weeks after cancelling my order !! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CANADAPETS !!

Never received product

I received my order from pets and beyond in 10 days. Followed up with me several times along the process. Very good service. I would recommend that consumers use pets and beyond instead. I also note there have been complaints to the BBB and canadapts has a C+ rating. Others seem to have had a similar concern re late delivery and billing of cards based on their website reports
So sad to see a company provide such service. Interesting that they respond quickly to statements on this website and not through their customer service!

Never received product

Canada pets did cancel my order and refunded my Visa. I have ordered from them in the past and had no problem but this experience was unpleasant to say the least. I ordered the same product from another online site (Pets and Beyond) and their service has been very good. Confirmation of purchase sale and shipping.

When a client wishes to "cancel my order" our policy is to follow that direction and the order is then cancelled and refunded in full.

@ bellrol - do they have a privacy policy? because if they do they just violated it posting your real name on this public website. I would not do any business that did that.
