unsolicited phone calls

Constantly receiving phone calls from an Indian call center representing Canadian Pharmacy. Calls the office and talks to secretaries, employees and occasionally calls on cell phone. Have no idea where they have gotten the phone numbers but
nothing seems to stop their harassment.
