FRAUD BY AGODA.COM IN ONLINE ROOM BOOKING
BOOKING NUMBER - 202317855 THROUGH AGODA.COM
DEAR SIR
I HAD MADE A BOOKING THROUGH AGODA WITH REFERENCE 202317855 at the Pars International Hotel from July 26, 2017 to July 27, 2017 FOR ONE DAY.
SINCE I WAS UNABLE TO GO I PER-CANCELLED THE BOOKING AS PER THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH ZERO CANCELLATION FEE. THE BELOW MESSAGE IS FROM AGODA CONFIRMING MY CANCELLATION WITH ZERO CHARGES AND THE AMOUNT BE REFUNDED. TILL NOW THEY ARE DODGING AND I WANT TO CLAIM 10 TIMES OF THE REFUND DUE TO THE DELAY, MY MIND TORTURE, FOLLOW-UP AND FOR IMPROPER RESPONSE FROM AGODA.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation received within 2 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first 1 night/s charge (Property policy).
Kindly be informed that your reservation has been cancelled without any charges!

Final Charge: SAR 0.00
Refund to Credit Card: SAR 268.86
PLEASE ASSIST IN GETTING ME THE CLAIM AND THEY MUST NOT CHEAT ANY CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. THEY ARE NOW BLAMING THE BANK FOR NOTHING. I WANT THE REFUND IN FULL TO MY DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 48 HOURS.
