Hi i am a valued client of capelli and mojo and i have never had a bad experience. the above comments are from previous employee's that have a bad taste in their mouths cause a boss who is a wonderful person and successful woman, saw their true colours!!! I think people that have no life and can't get a life have to bring someone that does down, as for the comment about Ashley you little bitch!! maybe you should stop being insecure about your drop kick boyfriend and stop telling awful tales about the nicest girl i have ever met, the girls at capelli and mojo are fantastic now they are rid of the ugly nasty cows that use to work there, Please all that read the bad feed back think for a moment!!! The business is still running and another one has opened so if they where that bad do you think they would still be in business, All i can say is i have very long hair and i have had my fair share of bad experiences but capelli and mojo are the only places i would go, as my hair always look and feels fab!!! i love the cuts and colours they use, and never had my hair ruined at all, The Girls at both saloons are lovey kind caring woman!! so all you above instead of trying to ruin someone elses life think about your own pathetic existence, cause lets face it really who are you other than awful excuses for human beings, Get a life and move on from trying to ruin others!!!

I went to MOJO and got my hair done blonde by Ange, she told me she was the best in town doing blondes YEAH RIGHT! She was crazy talking about how i should take her a night on the town so i can pick her up a man etc, unproffesiional!IMy hair was Simpson YELLOW in some parts and white in the other and looked like noodles, it is that over processed! I said to her i didnt like it, and she told me if i left purple shampoo in for 20minutes it will fix it! Silly me for taking her advise as the white part turned gray and the Yellow turned purple!!! I have since found an amazing hair dresser that is working to fix Anges mess up! The funny thing is, is that majority of people that saw my hair asked if Ange done it! As she has a reputation of stuffing up blondes! My question is, is how the heck is she still been able to come close to hair! She should not be allowed any where near hair! How do we get this stopped??? It is not on!

Had the worst Hairdressing experience ever on Thursday 23rd Feb courtesy of Ashley at Mojo Hairdressers down King street PN!!! (Owned by the same person as Capelli)

The girl there burnt my hair with crap foils and a boy had to come (that wasn't even a hairdresser or employed there!) and rinse the foils out because they were actually burning my head!! Then I had to sit there and wait for the front section to finish then as was waiting for this experience to end I could hear her and the boy whispering to each other & giggling out the back room were she mixed the toner, She came back & then proceeded to burn my head further with the toner, so now the the front of my hair is caramel and the back is bleach blond!! (but according to her this is fine and when the toner washes out it will blend.. yeah right!!). She was so crap she was pulling my hair out well combing it & burning it again with the hair drier (also the boy helped with this)!! I get home to find in the areas were my head felt like it was on fire you can see the hair has snapped off, I have a semi bald patch!!

Bad service all round I felt so uncomfortable as she made strange comments about my partner as he came in to say hi and that he was off to cook tea, she said he could cook her stir-fry!! then when he left she asks if he behaves himself!! WTF is that supposed to mean?? completely unprofessional!!

After relaying this to the manager of the business she said she would have to get both sides of the story (I think the missing hair is proof enough) and she would get back to me which she didn't) so the next day I went to find her to see what the plan is the place looked like it had been closed down so went to her other establishments and left a message with the helpful manager there however still no word from Mojo's, so I went there again to sort this out. I finally spoke with Ange & Ashley together and calmly expressed my disappointment with the hole experience, Ange was very apologetic and hod no explanation to how this could have happened, she asked for a chance to rectify this mistake I mentioned hair extensions to replace the missing hair and my money back! However she believed that the hair extension would been seen and would look tacky, and purposed she colour the hair darker to blend the breakage. I like to give people a chance but I have very long hair and have never had short hair in my life for this to happen to me has been the most scary thing ever and I am skeptical (once bitten twice shy), I am still unsure how to proceed in this matter and I am so sorry for cheating on my usual hairdresser!!
