Clear My name

I had a loan with capfin and i paid the loan but its still appearing as if i still owe them,i coled and they promise to send a paid up letter after 6weeks till this day i have not receive the paid up letter .And another is with Pioneer debt solution i have cancelled the review about 3 years ago but still it appears as if im under debt review.Please kindy assist as i am trying to clear my name.
