UNAUTHORISED EARLY DEBIT
Yesterday I complaint, and requested the unauthorised debit (refer to below) to be returned. It is still not paid back. It is Sunday morning, we have no food in the house as result of this unauthorise debit from funds I keep in my account, which is my right to do ...
This is unhuman, and I am taking this to the ombudsman and Carte Blanch !!!!!!!
You have performed an unauthorised early debit from my account on 18 November 2016, placing me with no money whilst I have commitments today.
We have an agreement that I will pay you upon receipt of my salary in my account the amount of R 1,653.23. My salary is due in my account 20 November 2016.
I was invited to a year end function yesterday and as I had funds in my account earlier the day I accepted the invitation, just so that I can be humiliated later in the evening as result of your unauthorised debit from my account prior to my salary on the 20th of November 2016.
You have no right to debit my account on funds I leave in my account for events or commitments arranged. I have the right to keep funds in my account and not withdraw all and leave under my mattress.
Please refund immediately as I need to settle the person who assisted in paying my bill last night back!!!
I will report this incident to the Ombudsman and I will cancel your debit order. From now on you will be paid via eft just because you placed me in an extremely humility position yesterday.
As result of all this humility yesterday I never noticed that I misplaced my cellphone and therefore I am being a victum of theft over and above the imbarresment …
