So while watching TV I came across Capfin personal loan advertising.

Some friends and myself decided to plan a 2 week holiday abroad.

Called Capfin on a Monday they requested my bank statements from my bank.

The next day another consultant called me and requested that I upload my bank statements as they are having issues with obtaining from the bank.

So I personally scanned and uploaded my statements.

The next day I get a call in the morning saying that my statements are not clear I should go to a Pep and they will scan it.
So I did that my docs were scanned at a Pep.

Over the next 3 days I received more than 20 calls from so many consultants giving me different outcomes of my application.

I just realized that I had already wasted 5 days of my time with Capfin.
I personally called them and a consultant informed me that they are just trying to get all the details captured correctly.
Another 3 days passed.
It's been 8 days I call them only to find out that my application was captured incorrectly, so the consultant requested that she and supervisor capture the information again.
I decided to cancel my trip abroad as I have wasted 8 days on a bunch of inefficient consultants.
They now cancel my application and advise that I reapply on day 9.

I expressed my disappointment to the consultant.

So I receive an sms

CAPFIN: MR SINGH, please have your bank details ready. Your loan is provisionally approved and we will call you to process it.

CAPFIN: We are sorry you decided not to request a loan from Capfin. Please reply CASH if you change your mind OR call 0873540000. Ts&Cs apply

So all of a sudden I received these messages.
