Capital one repossessed my daughters car. For some reason she thought it was paid off in January. It is in my name. I have never received a letter a bill nothing since January about it being behind. When they repossessed it, we sent them all the info they required, and have been trying to pay them the past due amount and they wont accept our calls. This has cost me another 100.00 in storage fees as of today. No one can tell me why I cant talk to them, or how to go about it. I don't know if this is some shady practice, as were the non notifications, to get possession of vehicle or what.
