The store had a really bad smell once we walked in, like the oil had been burned. Then when we received our order my fish instead of bringing that of golden buttery fillets, were tiny strips with black stuff down the back of them... Just like they had been caught out of the river. This was the awfullest tasting stuff that I had ever put in my mouth in so long! The fries that came with it were like rubber like they had laid there for hours.. My son's meal came with Mac and cheese and it looked as though it had been left out all night. He too could not eat it. Not to mention his entire plate was as hard as a rock. This is a new store, and we LOVE Captain D's. This sadden me. I know from running a business, folks MUST speak out, in order to dix these problems.
