This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I joined care.com yesterday and was advised that my account has been terminated without explanation and that I am not entitled to an explanation. That surely cannot be legal and I will be pursuing this with my solicitor. They also advise that they will be contacting all of my contacts to advise that my account has been terminated. How demeaning!

They will not get away with this, this is an appaulling way to do business!!!!!
