auto renewal
I registered to have one month service and not sure there is an auto-renewal is there.
I have been charged for about 6-7 months with out my knowledge. There is no confirmation email. I do not see any business with out payment confirmation during auto payment. This is clearly a way for them to extract money. They deliberately don't want to notify. They should try some thing else focusing on their business rather than doing this. I am not sure why they are doing this after many complaints. This should spread in the social media.
After having several conversations, i was refunded back one month which is very bad. I CAN TELL THEY ARE JUST DOING THIS KNOWINGLY.
