SHAME ON YOU!! Care.com you just deleted someone who is trying to find a decent job.
I worked with this last family for a week and it was a nightmare, they want me to do things that it wasn’t in my contract and when I said no they fired me with no reason at all. (They didn’t want to pay taxes either)
I just turn the page from that awful experience and now I find out that you deleted my account (probably you have a complaint from that family) you should give at least an opportunity to the other side because there is always two sides in this kind of situations.
I payed you and you treat me like I don’t care at all.
This is disturbing and I feel discriminated from you!

I was a member of Care.com for several years. I moved to Washington and was finding great jobs. I had paid for my background check and everything over six months ago. I was to meet with a family for an interview. When I went to open the email they forced me to pay $24.99 to see this email. Shortly after they canceled my membership with no explanation. I am very upset and feel raked over the coals. Is there anything we can do about this hostile take over?
