Signed up for Care.com for 1 month in 2014.I recently went to pay for another month now when I was looking for care. Because of this I discovered they had been charging me EVERY month since August 2014! Unethical. Maybe they are covering their slimy practices with a note buried in the agreement. It is just plain wrong !! After complaint to them I received an email stating that my membership had been successfully downgraded and I would not be charged further. There should be some retribution for deceitful business practices. If anyone has initiated a lawsuit please count me in !!
