I have been a nanny for years now. I am reliable always on time and have not a single complaint. I've used care.com for a few years and was messaging back with a few families for potential work when all of a sudden I couldn't log in. I tried for 2 days to get a person on the phone then finally I did and they tell me my account was terminated. No notice. I received nothing saying when or why. And they will not reinstate it. The person I spoke to read me the terms and none of them make any sense I have have no problems. And now I am going through he ll trying to find Nanny jobs and they aren't allowing me to fight the account termination and are not giving me any kind of reason.
