I hereby withdraw my complaint on Illegal employment of Bob Dunablin dated December 5, 2016 against Cargotec Terminal Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd

Aren't the authorities planning to do anything about the complaints made against Cargotec Terminal Solutions Sdn Bhd and let them get away with their illegal activities?

Dear Sir,

I hope the authorities could conduct investigation into Cargotec Terminal Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in bringing in foreign workers although their quota for foreign workers is full via their sub-contractors Global Port Engineering and Services (GPES).
Cargotec Terminal Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd requires some crane Commissioners to help commission the 7 QC cranes in the month of January or February 2017.
Since their quota for foreign workers is full, they are planning to bring in the crane commissioners through Global Port Engineering and Services (GPES).
Global Port Engineering and Services (GPES) although know that it's illegal to bring in foreign workers on behalf of Cargotec Terminal Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is illegal, they have no choice but to accept this arrangement or otherwise they will not get any projects from Cargotec Terminal Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

I hope the relevant authorities could seriously look into this matter as this is greatly affecting the local (Malaysian) crane commissioners who will not be able to commission the crane and therefore, could be terminated based on Cargotec Terminal Solutions Malaysia Sdn bhd method by bringing in foreign expertise through other organizations.

Dear Immigration Department,

I believe Bob Dunablin an Australian citizen employed by Cargotec Terminal Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd to work on the 7QC project located at PTP, Johore at a monthly payment of RM 100,000.00/month is working illegally in Malaysia abusing his tourist visa.

I hope the immigration department could carry out the necessary investigation to curb these practices and take action against the employer for allowing and encouraging these illegal activities to continue in Malaysia which is greatly affecting the employment of Malaysian employees.
