They said they said they sent me a paper return label several times. In our conversations. I never received it. So I called again finally said email me the info
I will get my grand daughter to print out label and send it back
She did 2 weeks ago. I called today. They said that I said I'm keeping the part
I said then why would I send it back and you gave me the info. To do it. I asked to talk to manager or supervisor. Wouldn't let me. Then I asked for mfg. Number wouldn't give it to me. I want a 119.00 refund. Sick of this run atound!!!I sent all info. And photos. Said too late won't refund me the money. [email protected]
