CARiD presents a Guaranteed Fit. I followed their process, inserting my brand (Hyundai), Year (2018), and Modrl (Sante Fe). Their website then shows 2 options, both Guaranteed Fit. The 18.8’ option was the largest they offered, and since my new car has 19’, it was logical to assume a fit to my car (no 19’ offered and the other was 17’, clearly too small).
I addressed this issue with Christopher S (customer service), and he indicates that I must pay return shipping and restocking of 10%.
I believe they must disclose what size each rim fits, and clearly state guarantee only applies to that size. Right now, they are misleading the consumer (me).
