on 21.3.17 by 8.30 pm, i went to buy a SKIN REPAIR cream at caring pharmacy in seri kembangan, serdang, a staff shows me the product, rm 21.90 in big letters on the label written , i decided to buy and took it to the cashier to pay, and cashier clik in cash register machine and ask me for rm 29.90, i ask her why rm 29.90 on the label it shows only 21.90? and she replied, that price (rm21.90) offers, those who buy things for above rm30 only. and i ask her if that means why your staff did not inform me about it before and she just kept quiete i asked, and cashier said it is written on the label, and i turn back and check it, yes they written in very tiny letter (even Can't Read it) if they say their company name is CARING pharmacy, then the staff should care the customers and give full infomations to the customers and should tell about offers, and i may buy other things to make it 30rm or more, but she refused it and said i already punched in cash register machine one receipt, i cannot do any thing much she said, and she demanded for rm 29.90. and paid, extra rm 8.00 for nothing, I FEEL THIS IS A TRICKY AND CHEATING BUSINESS, they do this kind day light tricky robbery business, they play double standard pricing method, the cutomer never aware of this kind of dirty tactics, and they lose more rm to this kind of business peoples, im really very frustrated, they do business like DURIAN SELLERS very in big board written words RM 1 (Rotten Durian)
