After doing the online survey, and went to get my l Buy one/ Get one free burger. I get to the casher, and asked for the burger.
She tells me she cannot do it. I asked for a burger anyway, as I was very hungry. Being a diabetic, I have to watch my eating habits.
I knew there was no use in arguing with her, nor even asking for a manager.
But I did ask for head office's email address. She gave me
[email protected], telling me it was head office. I knew it to be a lie.
I know this was not head office's email but the store itself. She comes back with another email
[email protected], ........which i knew was another lie.
I went home and looked for head office email address.
That is when the lies starting coming from Julian Halabi and Carls Jr Griesbach email addresses.
I sent the first email to Julian Halabi, asking if it was the store or head office. He actually replied, from his CarlsJrGriesbach.
This proves that the 2 addresses go to the same person, and not to head office.
I sent 4 emails to JulianHalabi@gmail,com and 5 to
[email protected], asking I was getting the same response from both emails, why the girl lied to me, why Julian/ CarlsJrGriesbach was lying to me, why the girl said she could not do the Free/ Buy one deal and why Julian Halabi was answering both emails.....and what about the Free/ Buy one.
I have received 4 emails from both
[email protected] and
[email protected] one word about the buy one/ one free deal, but kept telling me that the CarlsJrGriesbach address is "head office".....which it is not. No apologies at all.
But kept telling me that I had to do the questionnaire and to buy one, before I received a free one.
Under the circumstances, the lies, the run-around and the amount of emails that I have sent out to JulianHalabi and CarlsJrGriesbach- impersonating as "HEAD OFFICE", I think that a deal of 4 can dine would be sufficient .
I am sure that Julian/ Griesbach Head office will say no to this, I still want head office contact info, and not the Griesbach store
