Complaint - purchased regular turkey burger and it was cold and the burger was hard... not able to chew. I called manager about 1 hour after it was purchased to report it. She thanked me and hung up. Felt she should have at least asked my name and offered to replace the burger. This is the only place near to my home to purchase a turkey burger. Now I am forced to drive further to another restaurant. Shame on you. No more Carls Jr.

Tried to go online to submit complaint through their website and was not successful because there is an error in their online form. It is asking for the address of the restaurant, but there is no field to insert. There is a drop down menu to look up the address, but no instruction how to link the address to the appropriate field, because the field is not there. How fortunate for Carls Jr. satisfaction ratings, since no complaint is registered directly to their database. As stated above... Shame on Carls Jr.

Carl Jrs. sexual commercials are disgusting. They are disrespectful to women and completely inappropriate for family viewing. Our family refuses to eat there until these commercials cease!

Explaining to my 9 year old what it means to be a woman, after being slammed with your burger commercial during a Kings game, is nothing less than infuriating ! Your company is a pathetic excuse for business ! Using women is terribly offensive to many, and to those of you who are parents to daughters, you need therapeutic help !What's next, black slaves, mexican farmworkers ?? Complaints-Advertising-Carls Jr. It grieves me to complain about the new Carl’s Jr. disgusting, disrespectful to women advertising! How can you have the audacity to show such “trash” to your own mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, etc.? I had been praising Carl’s Jr. for buying Hardee’s (probably for their biscuit recipe) and producing the very best breakfast treat--sausage or bacon, egg, cheese on those biscuits. I even took these breakfast treats to friends. Now, because of your shameful, insulting new ads, I will no longer buy any Carl’s Jr. products, nor will any of my friends.
