Good Day

I trust you are well.I was at Jet at Baywest yesterday.When I went to pay the cashier was busy approving my transaction when her system froze.She asked her manager to assist and she came and said she doesnt know what to do.Then a cashier with the name Marsha came and looked and tried to see if the transaction did go through.She asked the manager how to you print the transactions on a gift card and the manager said I don't know.All the time the manager is ignoring me and Marsha and helping selected people she wants to help.I was standing there 45 minutes and Marsha tried sorting the mess out withoutvassistance from cashier or manager.Marsha eventually got the transaction printed and saw the purchase had gone through.Then she tried to print the slip for the items but she couldn't as the manager assisted other people on the till.I walked out without a slip and mad as hell.My money is just as good as other selected people who she assisted.She walked away with someone chatting and smiling while I was standing there with my husband waiting and waiting.I appreciate Marsha's assistance she went above and beyond.But I will notvlet this go.I can't believe people are employed and don't know how to do their duties al of a sudden when they need to help a client.She prints the frc's everyday and yesterday she didn't know how.The facial attitude alone was enough for me to be upset.I want an answer or I will post this on social media.45 minutes and standing being ignored.other clients had the same attitude ecperience yesterday.This is no way do attrack clients yes I'm only one,but it only takes one client to ecplain what they went through.Just a FYI Marsha was excellent and apologised for mistakes and discomfort other people caused.
