I received an initial quote and paid the required down payment, then no call backs, no coordination and finally after many calls I spoke to someone that said they should have charged $500 more and that I need to pay that difference to continue the process. I was furious, we already had a signed contract. Needless to say that when I finally got the shed installed (months later) I only paid the original contract amount and now I continue to get harassed for the difference. Terrible, terrible customer support; bait and switch artists !!! Avoid these folks if you can at all costs.

Been almost 4 months and now Montana is buried in snow. Called after the 6 to 8 week window they told me. Said another couple weeks. Then a few weeks later, same answer. Then called 3 times last week and got no reply. Called today and said that if I didn't get an honest answer I was filing a complaint. I have no faith in them or their guarantee so I am cancelling the order. If I can get the deposit back it'll be a miracle but I'm not giving them another cent. This was through Carports dot com and they shuffled me off to a company called Coast to Coast Carports.

OK!!! Me and my husband where looking into getting a double carport for our suv and truck, so we came arcoss CARPORT.COM we gave them a call and gave them a deposit of $125.40 with our MC, for some reason that evening when i went to work i started looking up the reviews for this company OMG!!! my heart dropped, the only thing i was thinking is "what was i thinking using these people and why didnt i check the reviews first" cause usually im good at doing that.. So i called my husband right away and told him what i read and he couldnt say anything just as lost for words as i was. He said tomorrow morning we will call and cancel the order and get our deposit back... So mean while that night i printed out the terms and agreements and it says you have 3 days to cancel NO QUESTIONS ASKED, after that no refund.. So the next morning at 9am we called and talked with the same sells man and i told him what i read on the internet and that quite frankly i was sick to my stomach on the hole ordeal and i want our refund back and he told us that they dont use the same company that sets up the carports they use a different company and that he would not do us wrong and in his own words, "He doesnt put up with that kind of BULL SHIT". I nicely told him NO THANK YOU but we want our money back so he directed us to a Sam Darnell which seemed nice and sent me my canceled order by email like i asked and she said the money would be back on our MC in 3-5 business days which is true, cause i work in a business where i do refunds, BUT usually it gets back to the costumer in 3 days, well here we are sitting and its been 8 days and no refund.... So i called my credit card company and they are helping me dispute the issue and i know that we will get it back that way.. BUT PLEASE!!! everyone read before you buy this company is horrible and they will avoid your calls cause they did mine.....

Installation crew even said they always lie to customer about delivery dates. They asked me how long I had been waiting and just laughed when I told them. The brokers that sell them in London and Corbin KY area and all that represent Carolina Carports should be ashamed for lying also. There is no way they dont know about these issues buy continue to get the deposits on lies.
I missed 1 day of work due to their cancellation and had several cancellations after that.
I am a project manager in the construction industry and I have never crossed paths with a company that is horrible.
Dealer name on web site is Angela Hurst in London KY but man who you give deposit to is TIM her husband. They are no diffrent than Carolina Carport and are Liars also.
If they feel insulted, good.. and I am easy to find and will be happy to explain in detail.....
I am going above and beyond to spread the word about these fakes.

I finally got my deposit back because thank god!!! I had charged it to my DIscovercard and was able to get them involved and they got the refund back for me! Finally!!! Otherwise I think I would have just been out of luck!

They have done me the same as all of the above, I have missed 3 days work over carolina carports lies. They where suppose to be here yesterday and now today. If and when they show up to install my carport I'm going to let them install it and tell them to get the hell off my property without paying them and see how they like being done that way. 3 days work for me is $420.00 so lets see how they like it.
