THIS IS A CRUISE SCAM!
About a year ago I received a voucher for a free cruise in the mail and I booked a vacation with the Carribean Cruise line and thought I was getting a good deal. they were very pushy and I should have trusted my instints and not given them my credit card info but did anyways. Well then about a month ago when I went to book it I called and they said I owed another 400$. I already paid $800 for what I thought was a ocean front stateroom and 4 nights at the resort in the Bahamas. Well after getting the details they said I had no stateroom and that I owed another 400$. So 1, 200$ and this is not on a 5 star cruise line or anything not to mention air fare. After also reading up this company it is a time share and you have to sit through a presentation before they will even give you tickets to go onto the cruise. The cruise is a legit cruise from what I read which is Celebration Cruise Line but their prices are much cheaper than what I was paying and wasn't getting anything close to what I should.

After calling the CARRIBEAN Cruise Line and demanding they give me my money back they refused! hung up on me numerous times and transferred to superviser who hung up on my at 10pm when they closed. I also printed out their terms and conditions and it clearly states that it is non refundable, non transferable if the vacation is paid in full. Well we still owed 400$ which I wasn't about to pay to go on this scam cruise. So after explaining this the supervisor kept saying that it was to late and my money was tied up securing my hotel stays and all the other BS. He then stated that I can transfer it to someone but it can't be refunded which proved my point from the terms and conditions, because if I can transfer it to someone then they can refund it as well. After speaking with him for about an hour trying to convince me we can extend it and give you more time to take it, and every other line in the book. He then hung up on me because it was 10pm and closing. I immediatly called my credit card company and reported Fraud and advised me I wouldn't be held responsible.

I then received a full refund from Chase Credit Cards because this is a scam and unlawful and wouldn't refund me my money clearly stated in the terms and conditions on their website. Please don't be fooled by this, I am one of the lucky ones who got my money refunded thanks to my credit card company, But many others weren't as fortunate. These people are indecent human beings and their practices are unethical. All their employees are truely going to pay at somepoint for what they are doing to people. There are plenty of other horror stories about this company and I hope they go out of business soon and can't continue to SCAM people out of their hard earned money.

When did you go on this cruise? Do you think the money is worth it? I just paid $685 for my tickets because I got the 8 days 7 nights in florida/cruise, and I still have time to cancel. I guess they give you 3 days to cancel. So I need advice, please help!
