Did Not Pay My Account after Job Loss

Not only did I lose my job, but I also had medical treatments. I submitted both documentation, and they made a 2 month payment to my account. I was out of work and unable to work due to illness over 7 months, they failed to pay my debt in full, as noted in the Account Assure agreement. This was the case on three Account Assure managed accounts. Needless to say, I am still trying to make the payments and facing another biopsy and surgery. I am a grandmother raising grandchildren and this has been an undue hardship.

If anyone knows how to makes appeals, please let me know.
