disgusting service
I cancelled my tracker... i asked them to take the 1700.00 over 2months on exactly the 21st. They loaded the first 850 for the 21st of june but did their own thing and loaded the second 850 for the 20th of july causing it bounce and bank charges etc was charged on my acc.. not to mention ruining my credit record. They are the worst tracker company.. had problems with them since day 1 ... some of the consultants are rude and have this thing that they dont work in client service so they wont assist you. I am going to the ombudsman for this company. Have never been treated like this ever. I regret leaving netstar to join cartrack. They better make this right.. which i doubt they love money but dont give a damn bout the clients. I will make 100% sure i get them fined ... just as they ruined my perfect credit record i will ruin their reputation
