I have a 2011 Ford F-150 and I bought fender flares for it. Well I received the fender flares but no mounting hardware came with the order. The 4 weather strips, 40+ bolts and u-clips. I don't really understand how that many assembly parts could be missing with an order that's supposed to be shipped with them. But anyways, my other complaint is when I talked to customer service, 4 SEPARATE TIMES. I kept telling them to change the shipping address so that it went to my address instead of the original address that it went to before. Nothing ever changed. They kept sending me emails with the original name, address, phone number, etc saying "there is a new change in information." Bullshit. It only had my email on it, not my name, not my address. But they were still sending it somewhere completely different. On 4 separate calls to 4 different people, they couldn't get the information correct. Now I had to call again this morning because they said the parts were delivered to the one address I told them to delete on the order. So now FedEx has to go all the way back there and pick up those parts and bring them to me. So now I have to wait another week, if not longer. Not very happy with the customer service or the warehouse not knowing how to do there job.
