We are a small fairly new company. Last year we were approached by Cas Media to place advertising on veterinary appointment cards.
This all sounded great & we felt it would give our business a boost. The decision was made to place advertising with 2 local vets & we paid the required fee of £1296.00. This was in Nov 2015
However after the initial emails to approve the advertising designs everything went quiet, on contacting them we were given various excuses regarding cards at printers, just needs proofing etc etc. Finally 1 lot of cards did arrive at 1 vet practice. The other was going to be sent out later as soon as it was back from printers. we are now in the summer of 2016.
However having recently visited the other vets in question, they had not ever agreed to take advertising cards from this company due to a very poor experience 2years ago.
Therefore Cas Media took our money to advertise with a practise which had never agreed to deal with them.
I would be grateful if you could let me know if we have any form of redress as I appreciate the time delay involved.

I paid Cas media £180 over three instalments to have my company on a GP surgery card (Hawthorn Practise Birmingham Rd).

I was told that these would be going out in January.

It is now May, and they are now ignoring all calls and emails.

I have demanded a refund but had no joy so far.

They have admitted that they have not kept up with the terms of business that I signed.
