I Booked a flat in Casa grand Miro at Mannivakkam, after checking the legal documents my lawyer said there are so many legal papers were missing and also there is no proper response from casa grand people.

Each and every time we have to ask for documents for lawyer verification and this process will continue for long time. there are so many mistakes in the document dates which were wrongly typed.
there is no proper board resolution for the company.
they have mortgaged the property document with Aditya birla housing finance ltd and they says this is not at all issue.

I request the customers to look for papers thoroughly before paying advance.

its better to look for some other builder
