I started the steps to setting dates for my promotional package with Casablana Express back in December 2021. I finally completed all deposits in February requested of me that I was told about after I complete one step. When initially you are told the trip is free. I was promise my deposits after I selected dates and was told I would get flight information closer to departure date. My trip is for June 20, 2022. I got a call on May 17, 2022 requesting I pay another $150 pressuring me that I would have a layover and trip promise for 2 days and 2 nights in Las Vegas would be one night if I didnt pay $150 do to Ukrain war and gas prices increasing. So I would be getting one day because of layover it was explained to me. So I told them I didnt have money, I called my travel friend on reservation who talk with Marrtrisha the agent at Casablanca on phone and she told him the say words. So he paid it and we hung up. We didnt like the idea of them asking for money and pressuring us, so we call right back and no one answer and we left messages to cancel upgrade. Still no one has called to the day. And we continue to call but we got an email hours later saying the promotion refunds I will not be getting and trip is final and cannot complain and none of refunds will be given and circus and circus tickets I was promised was now off the table with new package we were pressure in to taking, The trip was guranteed for 2 days and 2 nights. The flight could not be a layover giving me one day. That was fraudulent and deceptive practice from the beginning of call. I am wanting my refund. I was also told that the last deposit was for the hotel. When Martisha called she said we have to paid taxes at hotel when we get Las Vegas Only after we left messages immediately after we ended call with her, the agent Martrisha She sent email hours later saying we cannot get refund, cant cancel. trip is final and cant complaint. We immediately disputer credit card purchase after hanging up with her and but credit card company said it will take a few week since it had posted so quickly. We would like our money back fully refunded. To treat adults with disrespect and say you are my agent and I call anytime and not ever return the call answer the phone is total humiliation.
