WhatEVER you do, do NOT rent from this company. We recently moved from an uppers scale neighbourhood out to Pitt Meadows and found these townhouses (Chelsea court). After a year here we feel extremely deceived by the lack of building maintenance and property maintenance. Many items that were promised on the lease to be in working order are not. Neighbor hood is run down and many homeless.
The management here do little to nothing for you and lie openly/promise to do repairs and don't. These Townhomes used to be low income and are now being rented out at market prices but the level of maintenance and repairs are far below what you should be receiving in return. It's a SCAM. We feel trapped and betrayed and most likely won't see a penny of our deposit when we move out. We have ZERO trust in this company. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
