Item hasn’t arrived

Hello, good day Poslaju.

My item was meant to be sent on Monday, 7 may 2018. And when i looked at your track and trace website, i have found that my item was in Bandar Dato Onn in JB. Its a very far from where i am staying which is in Puchong.
My parcel is EP449150721MY.

Please let me know what’s the problem of this and i want i want parcel to be safely arrived at my place. Thank you.
