I wish I had seen this complaint board before I sent my iPhone 4s to cashforlaptops.com. My experience is the same as others. I was quoted $155each on line for my 2 phones. Then got an email that I was getting $11 and $22 respectively. I just want my phones back. Their customer service is horrible. They do not communicate via email, and it is almost impossible to get through to the 888 number. I tried calling one day and it cut you off after 2 rings. The next day, I got through, was on hold 52 minutes, then got hung up on before I even got all the facts out. No return call was ever attempted. I tried again today...still on hold after 21 minutes. I don't know why they want to build such a bad reputation. I JUST WANT MY PHONES BACK so I can take them somewhere reputable.
