Good Afternoon,
Today I was at your Colonial Heights Bank of America. I was trying to cash a check I received in the mail. The lady said I would be accessed a fee since I did not have an account with you. I have cashed checks with your bank previously my father has an account with you. I want to know why I am being charged 8.00 for an error that was not my fault? The lady who waited on me was rude and did not care what so ever. Please check into this inquiry and let me know if I may cash my check at this location.
