Am so delighted and pleased to finalize the formalities required regarding your contract engagement which have been processed by (McArdle law & associates) as attached with is the contract terms and condition which you must abide by to enable you live and work with us peacefully. According to the (BWSL) British Work and Safety Law controversies that arise out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association or with our
company lawyer. We are happy to have you as our new warehouse manager and also promise you that all modalities in relation to your procurement plan will be taken care of.

The mandate by the British Government requires that you are to apply for an Expatriate Work Approval Certificate (EWAC/UKIMGI/2017) to enable the UKHO process your travel papers, after which your document will be mailed and delivery to the British Consulate in your area for visa processing and stamping. Note that all this formalities will be completed ASAP, so that we can book you air ticket to UK soonest. Here is the documents we need from you for the processing of your travel documents.

1) A copy of your international passport.
2) Your office or home address for delivery of your travel document.
3) Your telephone or office contact address and orders if necessary.
4) Copy of recent photograph.

It is advisable that you make available the above requirements ready which must be submitted to the United Kingdom home office for the processing of your expatriate work approval certificate as this certificate will permit us to proceed with the processing of your travel documents. You need to be certified eligible to live and work in UK by getting this certificate available for us to receive permission from the home office to proceed with the procurement plan in getting your travel documents ready.
