I ordered for a standard measurement churidaar and therefore mad a payment. Since I did not receive a measurement form I emailed them immediately and enquired whether the churidaar I ordered was Stitched or semi-stitched. Since on my emal it said the dispatch date was for 11th June, I waited for their reply. And on 11th june they replied me that it was unstitched and the shipment was already mailed. I haven't accepted my parcel from DHL, since it was not what I wanted.
Since I didn't accept my parcel, I asked them what they would od with the order one of the CSr threatened that if I tdont accept the courier company will damage the product. But when I spoke to another advisor the previous day, she said the product will be returned back to the company. So the tone of the CSR was very unprofessional. I am still not sure what they were going to do with my order. I told them that they can deduct the shipping charges and refund me the product money, which they seem not to agree.
