CBSE re evaluation mistake letter

Sir,
Application no.-P40679R roll no.-7268696
Applied for re evaluation for subject code-122.
The status says 122-mistake letter sent . But till now no letter was received and even no email was sent.

Please see to the above problem as my school needs my marksheet
