I need to file a FRAUD dispute. I had NO knowledge of this account or transaction. I need this removed from my credit report IMMEDIATELY.

This is from community capital development corporation in 900 michigan ave. Columbus ohio 43215. This is a law firm these people has opened up a 300 dollar account in my name i don't no who you are but you have done fraud on me. So you all can report them to the FEDERAL COMMISSIONS TRADE ON LINE for these people to be put under investigation by the LAW. They have reports failed on them already they have changed there name to comenity capital bank. An they are doing scams on people who now has comenity capital bank. Who is this company, and how do I contact them, they have an inquiry on my credit I need to have removed, because I am a victim of identity theft and this is not from me.

CCB/FE21CC did a Hard Pull without my permission or knowledge on 01/04/2017

I had a hard pull on my Equfax report from CCB/FE21CC and I did not give them my permission and I do not know what/who CCB/FE21CC is. Please help.
