I found out a hard inquiry on my Equifax credit score dated May 5th 2017 and I haven't applied for any credit card from them, and I wasn't even in the country on that day, I want it to be removed because it has affected my credit scores thanks

they have pulled unauthorized credit reports on myself and my husband both - 2 times this past year

No permission given! Dropped my Credit score 14 points! I want it removed
